LONI UNFAIRLY ATTACKED BY TRIBAL GAMING INTERESTS IN HIT PIECE A group identifying itself as "Education Leaders for High Standards" launched a direct mail attack on Loni's education record this week. CONGRESSWOMAN BARBARA LEE, OAKLAND MAYOR RON DELLUMS SUPPORT LONI HANCOCK FOR SENATE Congresswoman Barbara Lee, who has represented the cities of Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Albany and Piedmont in Congress since 1998, has endorsed Loni's bid for California's Ninth Senate District, which contains many of the same communities. Loni has also received the support of Ron Dellums, current mayor of Oakland and a Congressman for 27 years.
